Studio section up for rent is approximately 330 square feet., which accounts for 1/3 of the total studio size of 1000 square feet.
I occupy the other 2/3 of the studio, which includes the entryway and egress.

Rent is $800 through 2026, with yearly incremental increases of 9%. All utilities (heat, water, electric, WiFi, etc) included.

Studio features: 18 foot ceilings and 12 foot windows, and use of some shared resources.
Common areas on the floor include: a shared bathroom with a standing shower; a slop-sink; shared laundry; freight elevator; large parking lot; great public transit options on bus and commuter rail; immediate access to the Charles River Reservation trail system; great food at Waltham restaurants.

This rental is for use during daytime hours only. No overnights permitted. Exact schedule is flexible and will be negotiated.
